Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Training Supervisor for our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, to join the Vehicle Operations team in Los Angeles. You will support Trainers, Mentors, and Vehicle Operators, applying your leadership and communication skills to drive training efficiency.

The role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining LMS records, conducting QA audits, updating materials, and coaching diverse learners, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months as a fully trained Vehicle Operator and 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle testing procedures and operational training environments.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and operational improvement experience in a collaborative setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coach, train, and support diverse learners.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel as needed for training support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Leads, Managers, Project Managers, Trainers, and Mentors to optimize training program efficiency and learner throughput.
• Oversee learner progression, maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System, and ensure training standards are consistently met.
• Conduct quality assurance audits of Trainer and Mentor activities while serving as the primary on-site point of contact for training personnel.
• Schedule training sessions, missions, and required resources to support operational scaling goals and business needs.
• Facilitate classroom and hands‑on training, update training materials, and identify risks impacting training program success.
