Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean record over the last 3 years; successful in-house driving exam.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills; comfort with navigation and smartphone tools.
• Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends in dynamic driving environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate prototype autonomous vehicles safely across varied weather and traffic conditions.
• Collect data and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams using JIRA/Confluence.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic troubleshooting of vehicles.
• Handle incident reports and maintain professional interactions with passengers and the public.
• Collaborate with engineers and leads; maintain credentials and travel as needed.
• Keep vehicles clean and well-presented for operation; perform additional duties as assigned.
• Contribute to safety and reliability in high-stakes driving tests.
