Job summary

Pave Talent is seeking Vehicle Operators for a full-time, ongoing W-2 role in San Francisco. You will operate test vehicles, use testing software and report observations to help improve vehicle performance.

No autonomous-vehicle experience is required; careful driving, detail orientation and precise reporting are essential. Expect weekly pay at $29/hour, with a fixed shift and full-time benefits including healthcare, sick and holiday leave.

Qualifications

• A valid California driver's license held 3+ consecutive years with no gaps.
• A strong driving record that meets program screening requirements.
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with accurate data entry.
• Must be available for a Saturday-Sunday workweek and on-site shifts in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Operate test vehicles on a full-time, ongoing W-2 assignment.
• Use testing software and write clear, accurate reports of observations.
• Complete vehicle and software checks and prepare vehicles for testing.
• Monitor systems and document vehicle behavior, issues, and observations.
