TruckingPeople in Dallas is seeking experienced and safety‑focused professionals to join our AV Operations Team. If you have hands‑on professional driving experience and a strong technical background, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include safely operating autonomous vehicles, collecting data, performing safety checks, and reporting to engineering and operations. Must have 36 months driving with a clean record, type at 35 WPM, hold a valid US license, and no DUIs in the last 5 years.

Qualifications

• Must have previous professional driving experience.
• Minimum 36 months of safe driving with no tickets or violations.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license active for at least 3+ years.
• No DUIs, drug, or alcohol-related offenses in the past 5 years.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate autonomous vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and procedures.
• Collect and document performance data to support system development.
• Conduct pre- and post-drive safety checks and vehicle readiness.
• Monitor system performance and provide real-time feedback to engineering and operations teams.
• Prepare thorough reports to improve safety and operational excellence.
