PrideNow in Dallas/Austin, TX is seeking Safety Drivers to test and improve autonomous vehicle tech on real roads. You will switch between manual driving and supervising autonomous mode, monitor surroundings, and record observations to help the system learn to drive safely.
We're looking for experienced drivers with a valid US license, strong judgment, and comfort with new technology. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week across multiple shifts in Dallas or Austin.

Responsibilities
- Switch between manual driving and supervising autonomous mode.
- Monitor traffic, pedestrians, road conditions, and surroundings.
- Identify potential hazards and react appropriately.
- Work alongside remote operators and engineering teams.
- Perform basic vehicle safety checks.
- Record observations and driving data.
- Help collect information used to improve autonomous driving systems.
- Assist with basic technology-related tasks.
- Help with simple hardware adjustments and software uploads.
