You will operate autonomous vehicles in real-world traffic, monitor systems, and report data while maintaining strict safety and communication standards. On-site role with competitive pay and full-time hours offered.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 1 year.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional driving experience.
• Experience driving for rideshare or delivery platforms.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Clean driving record with no major offenses in 5 years.
• Strong hazard awareness and quick decision making.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and navigation tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomous vehicles safely in real-world driving conditions.
• Monitor vehicle systems and be ready to take control at all times.
• Navigate complex urban environments with high situational awareness.
• Collect and report data on system performance and road conditions.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a distraction-free, safety-first driving environment.
• Provide clear feedback to operations and engineering teams.
