Job summary

IntelliPro Group in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking an AV Technician II for a 12-month on-site engagement, with a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule. You will diagnose sensor faults, replace hardware, use Linux CLI, and coordinate with engineering to restore vehicles to service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hardware maintenance or automotive electronics, Linux troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience in hardware maintenance or related field.
Working knowledge of Linux commands and troubleshooting.
Experience with sensors, wiring, connectors, or hardware diagnostics.
Valid driver’s license and ability to follow technical procedures.
Ability to work onsite and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Diagnose sensor faults, wiring/harness issues, connectivity problems, and calibration failures.
Replace approved hardware components and perform validation checks.
Use Linux CLI to review logs, troubleshoot system issues, run diagnostic scripts, and provision software/firmware.
Monitor alerts, resolve escalated issues, document findings, and restore vehicles to service.
Coordinate with engineering teams and elevate complex or undocumented issues.
