Job summary

Bastian Automation, a division of Toyota Automated Logistics, is seeking a Robotics Technician to support customers in the Fort Wayne, IN area. The Robotics Technician will assist in integration, troubleshooting, and training of autonomous vehicle technologies, primarily on-site with Fort Wayne customers.

The position reports to the Autonomous Vehicle Operations Team in Georgetown, KY, and may require occasional travel across North America.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
• Minimum of 2+ years of work experience.
• Willing to travel overnight – up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist or lead in integrating AV systems at Fort Wayne area locations with minimal overnight travel.
• Occasionally assist or lead in integrating AV systems at other North American locations with overnight travel.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot AV systems using a laptop and software interfaces.
• Be on-site at customer facilities to observe and optimize AV performance and prepare technical reports.
