Job summary
Bastian Automation, a division of Toyota Automated Logistics, seeks an AV Support Specialist at its Georgetown, KY location. You will support Autonomous Vehicle systems throughout their lifecycle, solving software, hardware, and networking issues in collaboration with customers and field teams.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Information Technology, or General Skilled Maintenance.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 50% including occasional international travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for AV systems and related automation technologies.
- Troubleshoot vehicle navigation, localization, and traffic management issues.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, networking, and system integration problems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
- Lead hands-on training sessions during system startups and commissioning.
- Travel to customer sites for troubleshooting, training, and support activities.
