Job summary

Aceolution is seeking an AV Supervisor to oversee the Drive Operations Program across city sites. You will lead AV Driver/Operator teams, plan shifts, and ensure safety and service quality.

You will work with local and regional leaders to deploy AV fleets, monitor productivity, and manage escalations, with travel about 90%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Transportation, Logistics, Automotive, or related field.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise AV Driver/Operator teams across assigned locations.
• Conduct daily shift planning, scheduling, task delegation, and attendance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational protocols.
• Train, coach, and mentor AV operators on procedures and program standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Fleet, Safety, Engineering) to resolve issues.
• Monitor productivity metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Respond promptly to on-ground escalations and emergencies.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and summaries.
• Coordinate with Fleet & Maintenance teams to ensure optimal vehicle uptime.
• Travel required - approximately 90% of the time across locations.

The AV Supervisor will oversee daily operational activities for the Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Drive Operations Program across designated city sites. This role ensures smooth field operations, compliance with safety standards, quality of service delivery, and team performance.
