Join Nuro in Los Angeles as a Shift Supervisor for the In-Vehicle Team. You will build and lead a frontline AV operator group, handling hiring, onboarding, growth, and continuous improvement to meet company metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams of 10+ direct reports, including hiring, performance reviews, coaching or mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard operators in line with the plan; develop interview/onboarding processes with the L&D team.
• Lead and manage a team of ~20 operators; provide coaching and ensure training and competency are up to date.
