Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.

This role ensures smooth field operations, compliance with safety standards, quality of service delivery, and team performance. The AV Supervisor will work closely with local and regional leaders to ensure efficient deployment of AV fleets and consistent driver/operator management.
