Qualifications

• Must be 25 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of consecutive experience.
• Comfortable with technology and digital reporting systems.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor autonomous technology and maintain situational awareness.
• Follow safety procedures and no-phone policy while driving.
• Intervene to take manual control when required.
• Assist passengers and provide ADA support as needed.
• Inspect vehicle before and after trips and report issues.
• Keep vehicle clean and passenger-ready.
• Record events and safety interventions using digital tools.
• Provide feedback on vehicle performance and rider experience.
