Job summary

Transdev North America is seeking an Autonomous Mobility & Fleet Specialist to operate and evaluate self-driving vehicles, provide ride-hail services, and perform safe roadside recovery. You will be trained across multiple functions and deployed per operational needs.

You must have at least 3 years of driving on public roads, a high school diploma or GED, and a preference for a college degree. Strong safety and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years driving on public roads.
• High School Diploma or GED; Four-year college degree preferred in a related field.
• Preferred experience: autonomous vehicle testing or fleet deployment operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and evaluate vehicles in autonomous and manual modes.
• Provide ride-hail services and perform roadside recovery.
• Maintain safety standards and document operations, software releases, and bugs.
• Coordinate vehicle batch setups and assist as a spotter for vehicle movements.
