Job summary

Wealth Recruitment, LLC is seeking Vehicle Operators in San Diego to help advance our client’s self-driving program. You will operate autonomous vehicles, test software and hardware, and collaborate with teams across computer vision, infrastructure, strategy, vehicle engineering, and ride operations.

The role includes hands-on training during the first 4–7 weeks, a rotating day/night shift schedule, and a pay rate of $28 per hour with bonuses for weekend and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing as required by CPUC regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn new technology and follow operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously capable vehicles (4-8 hours per day) with high safety standards.
• Test and support software operations and provide feedback to engineering teams.
• Perform routine vehicle readiness checks and assist in transportation logistics.
• Represent the client’s mission and values as a brand ambassador.
• Collaborate across departments to advance autonomous vehicle technology.
