Job summary

Evaluate operator performance through assessments, audits, and daily feedback reviews to identify training needs.
Provide constructive feedback and training recommendations to learners, supervisors, and stakeholders.
Assist with training curriculum improvements and training material updates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with Training Supervisors and operational leaders to maintain proficiency with standardized operating procedures.
