Job summary

ManpowerGroup, via Experis, seeks a System Engineer in Dallas, TX to drive requirements elicitation and ICD development across system and subsystem interfaces. You will translate goals into detailed specifications, support impact analysis, and assist Safety Engineers to mitigate risk while ensuring safety integration in designs.

Responsibilities include leading design reviews, coordinating with stakeholders, and estimating new feature efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of direct experience in requirements elicitation and generation.
  • Proven track record in product development lifecycle for complex systems/subsystems.
  • Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or related fields highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, hardware development, and requirement management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills; strong communication abilities.
  • Experience with requirement management tools such as IBM Doors, Jama Connect, Polarion, or other requirement management software.
  • Experience with safety analysis such as HARAs, STPAs, FMEAs, and others.
  • INCOSE SEP certification or CPRE certification preferred.
