Responsibilities

• Monitor operational dashboards and metrics to identify performance issues and anomalies.
• Investigate fleet readiness, vehicle availability, and shift performance issues.
• Visit depots to troubleshoot operational challenges and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with operations teams, engineering, product managers, and external vendors.
• Analyze data using G- Sheets and pivot tables to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage escalations, prioritize tasks, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Autonomous Vehicle Operations Coordinator. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid).
