ManpowerGroup's client, a leader in autonomous vehicle tech, seeks a Fleet Support Engineer in Atlanta, GA. The role leads real-time sensor issue escalations, performs root-cause analysis, and develops diagnostics for LiDAR, radar, and cameras.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicles.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with low/high voltage circuits, UDS, and safe troubleshooting practices.
• Understanding of hardware and software system architecture, and communication protocols.
• Ability to analyze schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector pinouts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time escalations for sensor-related fleet issues.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis through log review to identify and resolve fleet issues.
• Develop, update, and maintain a troubleshooting guide for technicians, including newly diagnosed faults and resolutions.
• Perform hardware bring-up and validation procedures for new sensor components such as LiDAR, radar, and cameras.
• Design and implement diagnostic procedures to streamline troubleshooting, focusing on sensor calibration and data integrity.
