Job summary

WME Express is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist in Foster City, CA to keep an autonomous vehicle fleet organized, maintained, and ready for operation. You will track repairs, schedule service, and update maintenance logs to ensure fleet readiness.

Collaborating with technicians, engineers, and operations teams, you will use Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and other tracking systems to manage work orders and keep reports current.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of automotive, fleet, service, or similar experience
• Basic knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass background and drug screening
• Willing to travel up to 50% if needed

Responsibilities

• Track vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Schedule vehicles for service
• Monitor fleet status and open repair issues
• Create and update work orders and service records
• Order and track vehicle parts
• Inspect repair orders for accuracy and quality
