Qualifications

• Extensive public safety or fire department experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response practices.
• Experience working with technical investigations and external stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across fast-paced teams.
• Data literacy and ability to work with technical partners.
• Background in public safety, transportation, emergency management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with first responders across an assigned region.
• Deliver training on vehicle capabilities, emergency procedures, and safety protocols to fire, EMS, and law enforcement agencies.
• Gather insights from first responder interactions to support improvements.
• Represent the organization on industry groups and safety forums.
• Support partnerships with local agencies to strengthen coordination.
• Attend industry events to share knowledge and engage the community.
• Assist with data-related processes alongside technical teams, focusing on practical collaboration, not coding.
