TaskUs is seeking vigilant operators to support autonomous vehicles, focusing on safety, reliability, and exceptional passenger service. You’ll supervise vehicle operations, recover vehicles when needed, and assist travelers in dynamic environments.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of driving, a clean record, and comfort with laptops and cloud tools; strong communication and flexibility to night/weekend shifts.

What You Bring to the Table:

Demonstrated de-escalation skills in safety-critical situations where tensions are high.

A clean driving record and at least 3 years of driving experience.

Comfort with technology and tools like laptops, GSuite, chrome OS

Stellar communication skills to handle high-pressure situations with grace.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and occasional travel.

Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma (bonus points for a degree in applied sciences!).

Must be able to type 40+ words per minute.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pass a background check, drug test, and physical.

Physical stamina for long hours of sitting.

At least 3 years of driving experience required

At least 1 year of 911 telecommunications experience or similar preferred

Similar experience: Crisis Management, Suicide Prevention, First Responders, AV Emergency Support, AV Support, Air traffic control, Fire/EMS Dispatching, Remote Roadside Assistance Support

Pay $30/h.
