Stack AV in New Stanton, PA is seeking an Operations Coordinator to drive daily testing and commercial pilot operations for our autonomous trucking program. You will serve as the vital link between our autonomous technology, professional driver fleet, and freight customers, balancing personnel management with asset oversight to keep trucks safe and productive.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in operations management, fleet management, logistics, or related field.
• Background with autonomous vehicles or advanced R&D environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT compliance, and HOS rules.
• Experience leading frontline personnel (drivers, technicians, or operators).
• Ability to read data logs and interface with engineering teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present metrics to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, and management of autonomous test driver and safety operator fleet.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching with operators.
• Ride along on pilot routes to observe driver protocol and system interaction.
• Analyze vehicle takeover logs with operators for driver improvement and software feedback.
• Manage daily execution of engineering test plans and commercial pilot operations on live freight routes.
• Oversee deployment, maintenance scheduling, and utilization of autonomous truck fleet and hardware assets.
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement on pilot routes to ensure reliable customer freight delivery and testing miles.
