Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution of our global autonomous trucking programs. You will own milestones from planning to revenue miles, lead launches at new sites, lanes, and regions, and coordinate engineering, operations, and customer teams against a single plan.

This hands-on role requires translating Level 4 autonomy goals into schedules and decisions, working daily with engineers and customer teams, and surfacing risks early to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management on software, robotics, or autonomous vehicle programs (ADAS or L4).
• Ownership of a program launch or operational bring-up - a new site, facility, fleet, route, or region.
• Track record running programs across distributed teams, sites, and time zones.
• Deep understanding of hardware, software, and field operations to challenge a schedule.
• Strong communication with engineers and OEM executives.
• Willingness to travel internationally to customer and operational sites.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end trucking program milestones from planning to revenue miles across sites.
• Lead new operational launches, including bringing up autonomous trucking operations at new sites and routes.
• Surface and resolve risk early, drive blockers to resolution, and make trade-offs visible to decision makers.
• Be the source of truth on program status for working teams and executives.
• Work with OEM customers to pin down use cases, clarify requirements, and unblock challenges across hardware, software, safety, and operations.
• Implement scalable operating practices so later site launches are faster.
