Job summary

Stack AV is seeking an Operations Coordinator in New Stanton, PA to drive daily testing and commercial pilot operations for our autonomous trucking platform. Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline personnel (drivers, technicians, or operators) with safety and accountability focus.
• Strong ability to read data logs and interface with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, and management of the autonomous test driver and safety operator fleet.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching with operators.
• Ride along on pilot routes to observe driver protocol, safety, and system interactions.
• Analyze takeover logs with operators to identify driver improvement and software feedback.
• Manage daily testing operations for engineering test plans and commercial pilots on live routes.
• Oversee deployment, maintenance scheduling, and utilization of autonomous truck fleet and hardware assets.
• Drive continuous improvement on pilot routes to maximize autonomous testing miles while ensuring on-time delivery.
