Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL with clean driving record.
• 3 years of professional Class-A driving experience.
• Completion of professional CDL training covering comprehensive truck operation.
• Ability to follow structured safety procedures and guidelines.
• Willingness to travel and work in testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class-A commercial trucks during autonomous system testing.
• Execute predefined test routes and safety-related driving scenarios.
• Maintain constant situational awareness and intervene when required to ensure safety.
• Follow detailed test procedures, operational instructions and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineers, safety operators, and test leads during on-road testing.
• Provide clear verbal and written feedback on vehicle behavior and observed issues.
• Maintain professionalism and compliance in complex traffic and testing environments.
• Maintain flexibility in work hours to support testing needs, including early or late shifts when required.
• Willingness to travel and support on-road testing in other locations as required by program needs.
