Job summary

Medical City Alliance Hospital is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Trauma Surgery team. The APP will manage acute trauma and general surgery inpatients with a high degree of autonomy on a Level II trauma service.

Working alongside a dedicated trauma team and 24-hour on-site physician support, this role emphasizes independent patient management. Monday–Friday schedule with no call responsibilities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board certification as PA-C or ACNP is required.
• Texas licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Prior clinical experience in trauma or general surgery is required.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with no call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage acute trauma and acute care general surgery inpatients.
• Serve as the sole advanced practice provider on the service.
• Work with a trauma surgery team and 24-hour on-site physician support.
• No operating room responsibilities; independent patient care decisions.
