Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Senior Principal Systems Test Engineer – ACP Test Lead to oversee all facets of the test program, including lab, ground and flight testing. Located onsite in El Segundo, CA or Rancho Bernardo, CA, this role demands strong leadership, planning, and cross-site collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of test operations experience, active Secret clearance, and CAM/EVMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in STEM with required years of experience or higher
• Active US Government Secret clearance or higher
• Ability to obtain SAP clearance in time

Responsibilities

• Lead test program including lab, ground and flight testing
• Coordinate with multiple sites and management to meet schedule and cost targets
• Provide staffing forecasts and ensure proper staffing for Test Statement of Work
• Communicate effectively in a matrix environment
