Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Marshalltown, IA to deliver compassionate, in-home and senior-living care. You’ll evaluate patients, craft individualized plans, and provide evidence-based therapy tailored to improve mobility, independence and quality of life, often across private residences and communities.

You’ll join a clinician-driven team, with opportunities for telehealth and flexible scheduling to meet patient needs and community impact.

Qualifications

• Active license or eligibility to practice as Speech Language Pathologist in the state
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
• Current CPR certification
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech language pathology services to older adults in homes or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy that supports wellness, longevity, mobility and independence
• Document accurately in the EMR per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients, caregivers and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access
