Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Marshalltown, IA, seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in homes and senior living communities. You’ll plan and provide therapy, document in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, with optional telehealth to extend access.

You will enjoy autonomy over scheduling and patient relationships while contributing to meaningful outcomes in geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Speech-Language Pathology license in the practicing state(s).
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech-language pathology services to older adults in home, senior living, or community settings.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve communication, mobility, and independence.
• Document assessment, treatment plans, and progress in FOX's EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Utilize telehealth/virtual care to extend access and continuity of care when appropriate.

Speech Language Pathologist - Marshalltown, IA

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Marshalltown, IA, and we're looking for passionate, licensed Speech Language Pathologists who want to deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults right where they live. Whether treating in private residences or within Senior Living Communities, you'll help patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life through our signature Geriatric House Calls™ model. This position is located in four of our Senior Living Community partners, Glenwood Place and the Willows in Marshalltown, Oakview Nursing home in Conrad, and Westbrook Acres in Gladbrook.

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• FOX clinicians must be able to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including:

• Providing moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility
• Driving to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model
