Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one therapy to older adults in Marshalltown, IA, including private residences and senior living communities. The role offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to manage treatment plans within FOX’s Geriatric House Calls model.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in IA or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Experience delivering one-on-one therapy in home or senior living settings.
• Proficient documentation in EMR and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve communication, mobility, and quality of life.
• Document sessions accurately in FOX's EMR system.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
