VernCo Roofing is seeking a results-driven Roofing Project Manager to guide residential roofing and exterior projects from inspections to final invoice in the Twin Cities. This independent contractor role offers autonomy, a strong earning potential, and a clear path toward long-term leadership.

You will manage your own book of business and serve as the main contact for homeowners, crews, and the internal team.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Management
• Grow and manage your own book of business.
• Perform property inspections and attend insurance adjuster meetings.
• Sign contracts and set clear expectations on project timelines.
• Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish.
• Build accurate estimates using AccuLynx.
• Oversee roofing and exterior projects end to end.
• Coordinate crews, material deliveries, and subcontractors.
• Partner with operations on final quality inspections.
• Submit invoices and follow up on collections.
• Keep billing records and project documentation accurate and current.
