• Own reliable truck, smartphone, ladder, and computer.
• Safety-first mindset on every site and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage your own book of business.
• Perform property inspections and attend insurance adjuster meetings.
• Sign contracts and set clear expectations on project timelines.
• Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish.
• Build accurate estimates using AccuLynx and oversee projects end to end.
• Coordinate crews, material deliveries, and subcontractors.
• Submit invoices and follow up on collections.
• Keep project documentation accurate and current.
