Qualifications

• Roofing, construction, insurance-restoration, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to canvass neighborhoods to generate new business.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable inspecting roofs and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and company opportunities.
• Meet with homeowners and explain roofing options.
• Conduct basic exterior inspections and document visible damage.
• Explain insurance-claims or retail roofing processes to customers.
• Prepare estimates, follow up with prospects, and close contracts.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout projects.
• Work closely with project managers and production crews.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
