Job summary

Sentry is seeking an APAC Technical Support Engineer based in San Francisco to support全球 users during Sunday–Thursday shifts. You will help architect an autonomous resolution engine that combines deep debugging with human-in-the-loop guidance.

You’ll engage with developers across GitHub, Discord, and internal systems, acting as the technical lead for Agentic Ops and ensuring context-rich, scalable support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development.
• Strong coding foundations and ability to read SDK source code.
• Systems depth with distributed systems, microservices, and APIs.
• AI and automation literacy with familiarity on LLM orchestration.
• Exceptional communication to explain complex concepts and write precise system instructions.

Responsibilities

• Master the Sentry ecosystem and support elite developers across large accounts.
• Perform root-cause analysis and debug complex, multi-environment issues.
• Troubleshoot SDK implementations and instrument complex frameworks.
• Bridge between developers and product teams to drive high-impact fixes.
• Engineer deterministic support paths and build autonomous resolution flow.
