Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Engineer, APAC, to deliver our AI solutions to enterprise contact centers across the Asia-Pacific region. You will blend hands-on software engineering with expertise in customer experience, cloud technologies, and automation to help customers deploy and scale the company’s solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building integrations with enterprise contact centers.
• Hands-on software engineering with Go, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with APIs/SDKs to build integrations.
• Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute integration designs and project plans with stakeholders.
• Design, build, and deploy apps using SDKs, libraries, and APIs.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise contact center platforms.
• Develop and maintain integrations with Go, Python, JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering during deployment and maintenance.
• Manage multiple customer projects and technical workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify integrations and expand impact.
• Share learnings across APAC teams to scale practices.
