Northmarq in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Investment Broker to join our Seattle team. This role aims to become a top investment sales producer who can take production to the next level, with autonomy to create their own business model and lead a small team.

Responsibilities include developing a business, leveraging our platform and tools, and building a team of 2–3 brokers to drive top-line results. This is an in‑office position with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of investment sales experience with a proven deal track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and manage a team.

Responsabilités

• Develop a business that you will manage with our entrepreneurial platform.
• Lead a team of 2–3 brokers and be responsible for leadership and bottom‑line results.
• Leverage corporate marketing tools, a specialized marketing and research staff, and training resources.
• Source and screen qualified candidates to build your team.
