Job summary

Frontier Direct Care in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, is expanding with new clinics in Mesquite, Duncanville, Arlington and Austin. We seek Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants who want full-scope primary care with clinical autonomy and reduced billing pressure.

As the primary clinician for a defined patient panel, you will deliver 30–60 minute visits, manage chronic conditions, perform in-office procedures, and collaborate with a dedicated Medical Assistant and a supervising

Qualifications

• Active Texas APRN-FNP license or PA license
• 2+ years post-graduate experience in family practice or primary care
• Procedural experience including I&Ds, suturing, skin biopsies, IV placement
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain before start
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Experience with electronic medical records and scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary clinician for a defined patient panel
• Provide longitudinal primary care: preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits
• Manage chronic conditions with appropriate visit time to intervene
• Perform in-office procedures: I&Ds, suturing, biopsies
• See patients in person, by phone, and via secure video
• Document visits and maintain records in our EHR
• Collaborate with supervising physician and Medical Director
• Participate in weekly team meetings and 1:1s
