Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants seeks a PM&R/Physiatry clinician to provide skilled rehabilitation services at designated SNFs/post-acute centers in Fayetteville and Sanford, NC. The role emphasizes autonomy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and hands-on patient care.

You will work within a physician-owned group offering training, education opportunities, and growth paths, with a moderate Monday–Friday schedule and a total 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner/APRN/PA license or eligibility.
• North Carolina license required.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• Post-acute space experience preferred.
• Strong patient-care orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in facility with clinical leadership and collaboration with care team.
• Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF-related conditions (CVA, neurodegenerative, postoperative ortho).
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP to improve function and quality of life.
• Track patient progress and address barriers to therapy (pain, spasticity, neurogenic issues).
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support culture and education initiatives.
