Responsibilities

Independently manage a caseload of approximately 100 personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
Evaluate new cases and assist with case acceptance decisions.
Communicate regularly with clients and provide exceptional client service.
Analyze liability, damages, insurance coverage, medical records, and treatment history.
Develop and implement case strategies.
Prepare and review settlement demand packages.
Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
Assess cases for settlement opportunities and litigation.
Handle litigation matters appropriate to experience level.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and case management staff.
Maintain deadlines, client communication, and overall case progression.
