River Grove Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide PT services, screen and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with nursing and rehab teams. You will supervise PTAs and rehab techs, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and participate in ongoing professional development within a patient-centered care model.

Qualified candidates have an APTA-accredited PT degree, valid state license, and strong teamwork,

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Aufgaben

• Optimize patient functionality by providing PT services as referred.
• Document and bill in the medical records in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain effective, patient-centered interactions with the team and staff.
• Refer patients for treatment to PTAs and provide supervision.
• Directly supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs as allowed by state rules.
• Participate in care conferences, case management, and interdisciplinary activities.
• Develop and enhance physical therapy programs to support quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with environmental safety and patient rights policies.
• Maintain licensure and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Understand payment models and treatment guidelines to ensure appropriate service.
