River Grove Health and Rehabilitation in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care, screen and evaluate patients, and develop and adjust treatment plans. You will supervise PTAs and rehab staff in a collaborative setting to help residents achieve meaningful progress.

You will uphold professional standards, comply with state and federal guidelines, and contribute to program development while maintaining licensure and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English instructions, charts, and reports.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy services, including screening, evaluation, and treatment as referred by a physician.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care and discharge planning.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs and participate in interdisciplinary team activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Maintain patient interactions that are professional and person-centered.
• Document accurately and timely in the medical record.
