Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services for patients during evaluation and treatment.
• Screen, evaluate, and develop initial and ongoing plans of care.
• Discharge planning, supervision of assistants and rehab techs, and case management.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to state/federal regulations.
• Continuously improve clinical expertise and stay updated on healthcare standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical professional behavior.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in meetings.
• Provide supervision and consultation to PTAs and rehab staff.
• Manage compliance with environmental safety and infection control policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.
