Sobe Innovative Rehab in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will provide individualized therapy for older adults in an ALF setting, using clinical judgment with strong support from experienced clinicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant with current practice credentials.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload and provide individualized OT interventions.
• Treat patients primarily in an Assisted Living Facility setting with occasional home visits.
• Maintain schedule within 9:00 AM–5:30 PM and document within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support patient independence and safety.
• Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers to support outcomes.
• Provide autonomous clinical judgment with experienced support when needed.
