Sobe Innovative Rehab in New York is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will provide independent, high-quality OT services in an Assisted Living setting with clinical autonomy and supportive colleagues.

Schedule is 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with guaranteed hours, a full caseload, and pay transparency. The role emphasizes independence, aging-in-place goals, documentation within 48 hours, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed and practicing Occupational Therapist Assistant with 3+ years of experience.
• Passionate about helping older adults live healthier, more independent lives.
• Comfortable working independently within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload and provide individualized occupational therapy interventions.
• Treat patients in an Assisted Living Facility setting with occasional home/community visits.
• Maintain a 9:00 AM–5:30 PM workday and 48-hour documentation turnaround.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and community clinical staff to optimize function.
• Support patients in improving daily activities, mobility, safety and independence.
