Sobe Innovative Rehab in Winter Park, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team serving older adults. You’ll manage a full caseload in an Assisted Living Facility setting, with occasional home visits, and you’ll schedule patients within a 9:00 AM–5:30 PM day.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• 3+ years OTA experience required.
• Able to treat in ALF setting with some home visits.
• Documentation completed within 48 hours.
• Flexible and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload and provide individualized OTA interventions.
• Treat patients primarily in an Assisted Living Facility with occasional home visits.
• Coordinate scheduling within 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
• Assist patients to improve independence in daily activities and mobility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and communicate with families.
