Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Hingham, MA is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide one-on-one care to older adults in homes and senior living communities. You’ll design personalized treatment plans, deliver therapy, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team while enjoying autonomy over your schedule.

Telehealth options and flexible in-home care are available, with a focus on improving mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification and basic computer/EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one OT to older adults in homes and senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility and independence.
• Document in the EMR in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate
