Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide one-on-one OT services in private residences and senior living communities across Massachusetts. Therapists will evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based treatments to improve mobility and independence, with EMR documentation and a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Clinicians can leverage telehealth as part of a flexible schedule, building strong patient relationships and autonomy in care delivery, while benefiting

Qualifications

• Valid OT license in MA or eligibility to obtain
• Experience documenting in EMR systems
• Ability to collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one OT services in patients' homes or senior living communities
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence, and safety
• Document care in the EMR per regulatory standards
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Offertelehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access
