Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation, based in Massachusetts, is growing and seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care in homes or Senior Living Communities. The program focuses on geriatrics through the Geriatric House Calls model, with autonomy over scheduling and patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Ability to collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support mobility, independence, and wellness.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
