FOX Rehabilitation in Briarcliff Manor, NY is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences or senior living communities. You will assess, plan, and provide evidence-based therapy within our Geriatric House Calls model, with telehealth options for flexibility and continuity of care.

This role offers autonomy with a flexible schedule, the chance to build lasting patient relationships, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in applicable state(s) or be eligible to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency required
• Current CPR certification is required

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in home or senior living settings
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions to support mobility, independence and functional goals
• Document thoroughly in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists)
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Offer telehealth/virtual care to extend access when appropriate

Formazione

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Valid Occupational Therapy license

CPR certification
